| Archaelogical Services Historic Preservation Planning Historic Preservation Plans (HPPs) and Cultural Resource Management Plans (CRMPs) are documents that describe the historic properties present at a site and detail the measures that the property owner will use to protect and preserve those resources. HPPs are generally developed for sites with significant cultural resources that will be preserved in perpetuity. PCSI has extensive experience in historic preservation planning efforts, having prepared some of the most complex and challenging plans in place today in Hawaii.
