| About Us Our Team Andy Tomlinson Environmental Planner, GIS Manager Education: Ph.D., Geography, in progress M.A., Hawaiian, Pacific and Asian Studies, 1994 B.A., Government, 1988 Andy Tomlinson has over 16 years experience conducting environmental planning studies, environmental investigations and managing geospatial data. He has reviewed and prepared over 50 Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements for projects in Hawaii and the Pacific Region and has participated in numerous environmental site assessments. Mr. Tomlinson is also an expert in the use of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) for geospatial data management and mapping. He is skilled in data processing using GPS field data and CAD drawing products and has extensive experience using all major GIS platforms, including ESRI and GeoMedia products. |
